Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing ZimLeadMedia or using our buyer or affiliate portals you agree to these terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.
2. Buyer Terms
Lead purchases are non-refundable except for invalid contacts (disconnected number, fake info) returned within 48 hours. Buyers must comply with TCPA and all applicable laws when contacting consumers. Buyers grant us a license to log delivery data.
3. Affiliate Terms
Affiliates must drive only TCPA-compliant traffic with valid express written consent. Incentivized, co-registered, or non-consented leads will be rejected and may result in account termination. Payouts are net-7 weekly subject to a $50 minimum.
4. Acceptable use
No fraudulent submissions, no scraping, no impersonation, no traffic from prohibited sources (incentive networks, robocalls, fake leads, etc.).
5. Disclaimer
Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these terms.
